ขบด (KHUB DEE) is a mobile application developed by Royal Thai Police and National Telecom Public Company Limited. It provides a convenient way for users to check their driving scores, traffic violations, and contest allegations. With the digital era in mind, this app aims to enhance accessibility and convenience for the public.

Driving Score Check:

• Maximum score of 12 points
• Immediate suspension of driver's license for 90 days when the score reaches 0

Instant Point Deductions for Violations:

• 1 point deduction: Using a mobile phone while driving, not wearing a helmet, not fastening seat belts, speeding, driving on sidewalks, not yielding to pedestrians at crosswalks, not giving way to emergency vehicles, reckless driving, driving without license plates, obscuring license plates
• 2 point deductions: Failure to pay vehicle tax, reversing on roads, driving while suspended or revoked

Contesting Allegations:

• Two possible scenarios for contesting allegations: If the registered vehicle and the vehicle in the violation ticket do not match, or if the vehicle has valid license plates

Payment of Fines:

• Fines can be paid conveniently through QR code scanning
